I am a hop and have very little weight here but I suggest a year. They’ve been a constant problem.
In addition, they brought up the word ‘foid’ earlier today and asked what it was. No one kicked or banned because no one on chat staff knew what it was, but turns out it’s short form for ‘femoid’. I feel dirty having typed that word. edit: their comment was along the lines of ‘I heard someone call someone else this what does it mean’
Given their prior use of slurs I don’t have much confidence that they actually didn’t know what it meant.

As a semi active op, I'm gonna say year as well. This dude also sent a tell to me with a bizarre edit of a Dr. Seuss comic (that contained the n-word) and then proceeded to ask if I was proud of him before calling me mother. The reason I didn't log this was because I was half asleep at the time, went directly to bed afterwards, and in my exhaustion forgot about the incident until it was brought up this morning.

You weren't banned for being annoying or making jokes about me, you were banned for breaking a stop order - I warned that whoever continued would be banned, and you continued. Additionally, chat ban appeals are held in #site17 and your ban is not just up to me as I put it on 05 to be reviewed by other chat staff.
Your ban is permanent due to overwhelming consensus and previous incidents.
You may appeal now, if you have not already, and again in one year if you are unsuccessful.
An operator who is not me will be handling your appeal, as is standard procedure to avoid conflicts of interest.
