Note on this page: It doesn't need to contain every single ban. For example, we can delete the underage ban entries once a little bit of time has passed. This present version is intentionally excessively all-inclusive — that's because it contains every ban on the 19 banlist as of 5/21/14. We can remove more unnecessary entries as we see fit.

All these people are still ban on sight at op discretion. For the more harmless amongst them, it doesn't matter all that much; for the odious ones, ban 'em as we see 'em.

EDIT: Just leaving a note here to remind myself that even if an underage ban is removed for space, it should stay here.
