For context, Ameertg had been demonstrating low-levels of creep all night (/mes involving touching and hurting others, including female users—basically the same kind of shit we banned Deimos for a few days ago) and I had personally told him that the next time an op had to speak to him, he was getting a 24. English is admittedly not his first language, but he spoke with Photo for a while in PMs and the situation was explained to him carefully. He's also been going around chat and wiki both repeatedly and profusely apologizing for his behavior, for which he's been asked to stop that as well. Tox, however, has been asked not to involve himself in staff or disciplinary matters in 19 or 17 in any form many, many times; hence the 24.
