After, he sent me a second PM, this time I am pretty sure he's outright trolling me. I don't believe such behavior is acceptable or a show of any kind of maturity from him, but I'm not sure what discipline, if any, is appropriate. Suggestions? (Note: I haven't responded to either PM to me at this point.)

I called him out on it in a non-Mod post, since I also felt the need to mention that his calling the tone of the draft "bad", "terrible", and "horrible" wasn't helping any because he was just tossing the tone issue around without explaining it.

Granted, the draft did have numerous mistakes, but I'm keeping this up here in case it becomes repeat behavior.

The issue that that on occasion your comments don't actually have much substance behind it in terms of actually providing relevant points to add to discussion. Attempting humor with random hypothetical dialogue doesn't really give much to the author in terms of how to improve and what is wrong, and it's not really all that funny to boot.
