Makes me think of the "no my friend did it" excuse. Perhaps someone could add some material to some guide about being honest, since we've seen the excuses before, if there isn't one already. Maybe in the faq.

For the record, he also took down SCP-1911 (a slug that explodes and self-replicates or something) to clear its downvotes and almost immediately reposted it. While the repost did have a few minor changes, it's the spirit of the deal that really rubbed people the wrong way, especially because he was repeatedly told to take the draft to the forum and didn't, insisting that "it was finished". He also "accidentally" self-upvoted it in the process before being called out on it.

This guy has posted two bad SCPs in the span of maybe a few hours and posted a full draft in forums, of which he waited maybe 30 mins before posting it on the site.

I decided to PM him to try and get him to calm down.

However, it appears in your eagerness, you've forgotten that many times articles can take days to weeks to write, and feedback can be an equally long and thorough process. This is to ensure that concepts are given appropriate time and attention to create polished works excepted on the site. Please slow down and give more attention to your work, as right now you are putting multiple sub-par works onto the site and this is getting close to spamming.
