Basically, it's several terrible, extremely lazy drafts and a bunch of other annoying stuff.

I've locked the last one, as it was literally only one sentence, and issued him a warning: No more posts like that, or he'll be subject to administrative action. I recommend a Clef-style temp-ban.

If he posts another sloppy draft anytime soon, any senior staff member has my permission, and Troy's, to issue him a warning and stop order.

If he posts another sloppy draft to the main list, they have that permission as well, but I recommend a straightforward temp ban if an administrator is around. He's being told that his drafts won't work; if he ignores that, it's on his head, as far as I'm concerned.
