Passive-aggressive harassment of users based on their gender is grounds for kickbanning from where I'm standing, whether or not said users are directly being spoken to. I realize that we don't want to white knight but that doesn't mean we need to be putting up with this bullshit.

He should have been kicked & warned for that at minimum. There was no need to wait til he trolled in other ways; that will always an inevitability anyway with this kind of thing.

Of course, we all have to make our own judgments, but that's my $0.02.
