Thanks for all the good wishes, everyone! It's all working/worked out, more or less; everyone is OK and recovering well, and the bills are becoming less and less likely to wipe out my savings. I have room to breathe again, so I'm coming back now.

The last week has been a bit of a disaster. Between myself and two very close family members, we've had two medical emergencies and two surgeries, and the aftermath is proving almost as exhausting as the emergencies. I need to step away from the SCP for a while, to get myself put back together.

I'm formally going Inactive, effective immediately. I expect to be back in two or three weeks, once the dust has settled, but that's just an estimate. I'll try to pop in to chat now and then. Troy has my e-mail address in case anyone needs to reach me urgently. See you guys soon.
