All mainlist skips in the first 3 series should have nav links now.

Bumping to make sure Technical Team is aware that this has passed.

With 25 votes in favor and 3 votes against, the measure passes. I'll make sure technical knows the ball is in their court if they don't already.

This is a more general against vote. I can't think of any version of this I'd support.

Consider this a tentative vote from me. I was more inclined to abstain, but I can understand the usefulness of such a feature.

That said, given the contents of this thread: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-2261903/next-back-buttons-on-the-bottom-of-scp-articles

I believe that with the way the vote is going, staff should be open to receiving communication about the implementation of this feature. I don't want anyone to feel like they're completely ignored in this.

I'm not in favor of having the hub on the navbar, but if it's simple, I'll like it.

With the caveat that the nav bar design can be tweaked before mass implementation, if need be (so long as it stays minimalist and on the bottom).

I'm going to be that person and stick to my original reason for not wanting this; it can't be an automated part of the template.

I do think we could have better formatting… and I think we should hold a more formal vote on whether to link the series hub or not.

Back/Next Buttons III

Hokay, after running this by several Admins, I believe this is ready to be a thing.

After significant discussion we've come to a rough consensus on options with regards to back/next navigation for SCP articles. The proposal up for vote is that we will make back/next navigation (exactly as used at the bottom of this example article) mandatory on all articles. If approved, the implementation of this will be left up to the technical team.

A vote against this particular design and/or option will not necessarily be considered a vote against the idea. If a majority of staff do not vote in favor of this change it will not preclude a future vote with a different design and/or options. If your vote is against the idea of back/next navigation itself (and not necessarily design elements or implementation concerns) you are not required to say so, but it would be helpful for future discussions on this topic.

This vote is restricted to operational staff and above. Please, simply vote in favor of or against this.
