An examination of this user's voting history showed that more than 10% of their approximately 80 downvotes were on pages tagged 'lgbtq', including Pridefest, while none of their approximately 350 upvotes were on pages with that tag.

Accordingly, Disciplinary staff has voted to implement a permanent ban for malicious downvoting based on bias.
