Protocol R-8528 consists of the global removal of all digital media referencing SCP-8528, alongside the dissemination of dissonant information designed to disrupt and erase consistent information regarding SCP-8528.

SCP-8528 is a humanoid mass approximately ██ meters in vertical height, composed of a vertically arranged aggregation of heads fused into a single column-like structure. SCP-8528 lacks a torso or any limbs; instead, the heads of SCP-8528 are compacted together, sharing a connective tissue in a manner inconsistent with known biological processes.

These heads resemble a total of 7 animal species being a █████, █████████, ███████████, ████, ████, █████, and █████████. Displaying deformation and structural damage, with facial parts often incomplete or distorted. The arrangement varies between manifestations.

Interspersed among the animal heads are human heads, often being deceased relatives or close personal friends of individuals exposed to SCP-8528.
