Context: As per the process outlined here, staff are to blank Bright's most harming articles, however, an oversight occurred which resulted in the composition of writing the page blanking message's CSS, enabling the possibility of rendering the pages non-votable, and therefore, non-deletable by vote. This is obviously, not wanted nor intended.

Description: This fiat aims to allow staff to carry out the blanking of the pages without requiring another vote, as was intended by the initial vote.

Reasoning: Harm reduction and preventing the need to carry out another vote.
