After their successful appeal they requested the removal of the IRC ban as well. Chat staff (and SkipIRC staff) doesn't have access to private AHT information, so we don't have the full specifics of either the ban or the appeal. Based on the information we do have, chat staff has declined to hear an appeal from this user.
