Noting that new site member siltoon (account age 16 days, site membership 6 days) is currently two individuals sharing the same account.

I recently received a review request from the account, which noted:

Thanks for getting back to us. I'd still be really interested in what you have to say.

This is our first SCP, and we want to make sure that what we contribute is a net positive to the site.

We have a draft prepared and think the writing is pretty strong. So, we'd be glad to see how the concept can be improved.

After I asked if there were multiple people contributing to the page, the user responded:

Thank you for your response! This account is two writers sharing one username - we're doing it as a collaborative project. We both decide on everything together, so it's fine just to refer to us as one person.

I've since asked them to ensure that the other user has their own account with SCP wiki membership before progressing with the article.
