Not disciplinary but: from the PMs up there, it seems as if there is serious misunderstanding of the rules/guides and not malicious intent to do so. That doesn't excuse the behavior, but yeah. I think asking for age and if they are underage (it feels super likely), keep them banned until they're 15 and wait for an appeal then? Otherwise, a minimum of one year at least. I wouldn't be opposed to a perma I think but it just comes off as more flailing than malicious.

New site member Acid Mind (account age 20 days, site membership 10 days) recently exhibited behavior that really seemed indicative of an underage user: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-1715342/non-disc-record-acid-mind

And recently, on an SCP of theirs that was doing badly, blanked the page with memes and statements like "you can't take this SCP". Recent forum comments from them similarly concerning.

Given that they really haven't demonstrated grasping the site rules and their recent behavior is essentially trolling (plus they have this weird obsession with 231, as evidenced in their non-disc thread) I'm advocating perma.
