As of last month, further infractions occurred, starting with the user raising a conversation in 19cord's server feedback pertaining to ban appeals for set duration bans. They argued that a user should be able to have multiple appeals as it reduces the chance of sockpuppeting and would "get rid of some bias within the council who decides if bans should be appealed or not".

From provided accounts, "In a following conversation between critique staff and mod staff, it was very overt that kb was sealioning in chat, and generally continuing her behavior of being hostile towards other staff members and users when she doesn't get her way. […] this has been Kb's MO for a while now; she's gone and contacted multiple members of the critique team for the same question, seemingly taking whatever answer she deems best, and is consistently abrasive when interacting with any perceived authority figure in the community."

As such, staff has voted to issue a monthlong ban from the mainsite, for the user's ongoing history of rule 0 violations. Kufat, nico, Zoobeeny, Ari supporting.
