For clarity- this user's membership was revoked due to an unacceptable name, and their membership in an antagonistic community was cited as reasoning they would not be able to rejoin. This user was not banned for membership in an antagonistic community, but was informed they would not be able to rejoin without renouncing membership.

O569 has received a membership revocation due to an unacceptable username (username contains O5), and membership with a community considered antagonistic to the SCP wiki.
