Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8182 must be kept in a Type 4 isolation cell (4 m x 3 m x 3 m). The subject must be provided with the following:
- 1.5 kg of fresh organs daily for consumption.
- A sufficient supply of clean drinking water.
- Clean bedding (futon and blankets) must be exchanged by the subject and washed weekly.

Small luxury items (cider, reading materials, etc.) may be provided as occasional rewards for good behavior as part of psychological conditioning.

Description: SCP-8182, known as “Mizukio,” is a female entity capable of communicating in human language. Mizukio displays a friendly demeanor and possesses the ability to mentally influence individuals.

Although SCP-8182 is not inherently hostile, caution must be exercised in its containment. Personnel must remain vigilant to avoid falling victim to its manipulative tactics. The containment procedures for SCP-8182 prioritize observation and psychological assessment over strict physical confinement.

Research efforts are underway to better understand the anomalous properties of SCP-8182 and to develop protocols to mitigate the risk of manipulation. Additionally, studies are being conducted to explore potential benefits or applications of SCP-8182’s abilities under controlled conditions.

Discovery: SCP-8182 was discovered in a nearby forest near Site-54 of the Foundation. The subject was encountered by a research team during █ ███████ ██████ of the area. The team was alerted to SCP-8182 by unusual tracks and anomalous energy readings. Upon approaching the subject, it displayed no hostility and engaged in peaceful communication with the researchers. Following an initial interview, SCP-8182 was transported to Site-54 of the Foundation for further examination and containment.
