I've spent the last couple of weeks going through and seeing what I could find of Mew's and scalykitty's work in their own crit spaces and in staff discussion. I just don't see enough from either for me to vote "Yes" at this time, but I also didn't find anything that concerned me enough to vote "No". If promoted, I hope to see both be able to be more active.

Given a recent staff discussion over a sensitive/non-public topic, I'm concerned about Mew-ltiverse's fitness for operational staff given the increased access to sensitive material that that entails.

I appreciate all the work tetsu done has behind-the-scenes to facilitate EN and East Asian branch relations. Since it's inherently less visible than the work the other JS here have done, I thought I'd give it a mention.

AvocadoMilk - You have matured significantly since last promotion cycle. Keep up the good work in 19cord. Proud of you.
Cicada3301Fan - You do good work on MAST and I definitely think you should be promoted. However, I think you shouldn't be afraid of sticking your nose into policy discussions with a more critical eye. There's nothing wrong with being dedicated to your job, but a part of being promoted is voting on policy and that means you should voice your thoughts more often. Regardless, I support your promotion wholeheartedly.
DianaBerry - It's good to see you take the initiative in the Art subteam of Community Outreach. I'm also happy to have you back on Site News. Don't be afraid to ask questions though. I'm always happy to answer where I can, and so are your fellow teammates.
divinephobia - You're doing a good job at porting Discord bans to O5. You also moderate with a level head on 19cord, and I can happily endorse you for promotion.
Erminustay - You're working on licenseboxing like a fiend. Not since Elenee have I seen someone work with this zeal. Don't burn out though!
FlyPurgatorio - Fly is arguably the best critter on Discord Crit Team. Not just that, they also moderate Deer with clear judgement and wisdom. I can't sing their praises enough.
LOVEMARGINAL - You and Diana have taken charge of the Art subteam and its really nice to see you both doing so well at it. I will say, though, you should share your thoughts more often on policy or join in conversation on Staffcord to make yourself more visible.
Mew-ltiverse - Not much to say here. You do good work critting on IRC and Discord. Keep it up.
ParallelPotatoes - I nominated Potatoes. They do excellent work on Site News and MAST. My only area of improvement for them is that I want to see them talk in staff policy/discussion more often.
scalykitty - Haven't seen a whole bunch of you lately. I understand you're busy IRL and don't have much time to be on (which is fine! IRL should always come first!) so I'm gonna abstain here.
tetsusquared - I wish I could vote Yes on you because I know you do good stuff for INT and work on fixing up old translations, but that's on INT and not here. I realize that there is a cultural and language barrier between us, and I realize its good to have someone who can communicate with the Chinese and Japanese branches easily, but how often has that come up? You also don't poke your head in for staff discussion or policy discussion. I'm gonna have to vote No, unfortunately.

Operational Staff Promotions:

All "Yes" votes are counted in favor, and all "No" votes are counted as opposed. Candidates must receive a greater number of "Yes" votes than "No" votes to gain promotion to either Operational Staff or Moderator. For a promotion vote to successfully pass, Quorum of active staff must be met as defined by the Site Charter (21 Staff), with abstentions counting towards Quorum. Staff may not cast a vote for themselves.
