Within SCPD, they posted the links https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14686501/level-99-security-clearance-required-seeking-greenlight and https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14386233/writing-challenge:containment-riot, which suggests that on-site they are DoGraff does not match any existing user name (also has a membership on Sandbox 3).

They also have an account as Bro dudeBro dude, but that account is not part of sites within our jurisdiction (see disc chat for evidence).

Given their behavior that led to the ban from Skipcord (see chat), I suggest we mirror the ban on-site.
