However, with regards to admins Quikngruvn and DrGears, the two are being kept because of their long tenure as site admins and their breadth of experience on the site, as well as the high level of trust afforded to them due to their length of time on staff.

Following admin discussion, I am invoking fiat to exempt Quikngruvn and DrGears from the policy of removing retired staff members from O5.
