I don't see a need to increase the temp ban.

The temp ban I think should be of the same length as whatever Magnus receives, as I find the actions of about equal severity (except if Magnus receives a perma, as some are suggesting. If that happens, I'd only go so far as a year for Malyce).

MalyceGraves was heavily involved in the original incident, and significantly shaped the Disciplinary Team's reception and posture towards Cerastes and the case against them. Malyce exhibited a consistently strong stance against Cerastes that extended into the realm of personal animosity, repeatedly arguing in various ways that they behaved in manners unbecoming of staff, and that they felt they deserved some degree of disciplinary action for their poor character. Malyce spent a significant amount of time in the Disciplinary Team chat supporting Magnus' positions, demeaning Cerastes, and later, aggressively venting about and insulting other staff members. Much like with DrMagnus, their presence and persistence within the team's discussion poisoned the well, marring Cerastes' credibility to a degree that some form of wrongdoing was assumed before the team had a serious opportunity to investigate specific claims.

With all this in mind, it is the recommendation of the group that MalyceGraves receive the following Disciplinary consequences:

• Removal from staff.
• Blacklist from site staff. (Staff-wide vote to readmit as staff after a minimum period of one year)
• Temporary ban of three to four months.
