Photo's been around for a few months; I think she showed up a couple months after I did, but lays low most of the time. She's one of the kids I've been pressuring to contribute more for a while now, because she writes quality stuff when she writes at all.

Photo is one of my favorite kids on the site. Excellent writer, too. She's certainly mature enough to be a good addition to staff.

Sampi writes well, but does seem a bit unready. I like his output, but is he ready for staff responsibility? On the other hand, similar and worse was said about me.

Flames… I don't like the vibe I get from flames. He's A grade creeper, and worries me. He does seem agreeable, but I can see things going aggly pretty easily.

That is, some creepy is fine, but Flames actually makes me wonder if he's going to show up at my doorstep with a knife if I post pictures or anything. Which, eeurgh. Either way, it's off-putting, and yeah, I don't think he has the right eye. Maybe it'll change, I'm not holding out on it.

But, yeah, Photo is a sweet writer and is interested in helping out.
Sampi is a fairly kickass author and has a cool avatar, plus I remember him giving good critique.

That said, Flames is a nice guy but I'm not sure if he's got the right eye for the site yet.

Photosynthetic on the other hand, I -do- think has the right eye for the site.

I agree. Being creepy and agreeable might be fine- when he's been here for a bit. As it stands, he's a nice guy with a good head on his shoulders, but I think he needs a bit more time.

EDIT: I forgot to mention this, but I fully support Sampi's promotion. Also, Photo seems like a nice gal, and she's been around for a bit.

Dunno, Flames still strikes me as being too creepy, as well as too agreeable and just getting on my nerves sometimes. That is, I wouldn't consider him for any position as it stands now.
