The latter user was recently unbanned.

Of note, Scrappy also has recently spammed content heavily featuring SCP-682 and did include a "Researcher Leweck" in one of their tales.

That said, the Disciplinary Team could not determine without a reasonable doubt that this user is a sockpuppet, and as such, no disciplinary action is currently being taken. This thread is to serve as record-keeping for the time being.
