the charter says u can end a vote early if a supermajority of active ppl have voted for one option, and a supermajority of the 30 active mods and admins have now

final count is 19 yes votes if wikidot stops eating dex's, zero no votes, with 18 yes votes required to pass. ill be implementing the charter edit shortly

would be changed to:

Changes to the Charter/Rules require a supermajority (60%) of all voters to be implemented, and a minimum of 50% of active Staff participation.
