This decision is now being formalized: I am invoking fiat to require that Dexanote should not participate in matters concerning Staff Censure until his own Disciplinary case is resolved.

Several months ago, this decision was made informally; I am formalizing it. Like all actions by fiat, this is subject to administrative review. At present, it is believed that this action reflects the will of Staff.
