I don't think this is enough to further escalate this but it's worth keeping an eye on further.

Of note: the above comment was after I recommended revising an SCP concept into a tale or supplement premise. The resulting coldpost had no paragraph spaces, was full of simple writing errors, and is currently at -14. I asked the author if they were asking me for a review or just announcing that they posted the tale.

Yes I was looking for a green light. Sorry I didn't realize I needed a concept page for the stories too. It's been a hectic week, and I forgot to follow a good bit of the process apparently. I'll get the concept page first and then report back.

I'm sorry about not getting the concept. I actually forgot to write it. I'm not entirely sure to how to write a concept for a tale. There doesn't seem to be any templates for that, at least not that I can understand or see if they are. Is there a specific way that I'm supposed to write a tale concept page, or do I have to write it without a template?

I wrote up the concept page. As for why I wrote the draft, I enjoy creating the stories, even if they won't be used by the site. It gives me something to do. Anyway here's the link to the concept page http://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/clockworkcrow2

I responded asking them to post in the forum and to follow the guidelines, as the material in their sandbox page is almost 300 words over the maximum wordcount for the greenlight template.

If other reviewers are encountering the same behavior, please let me know. I don't think any staff action is needed solely based on their interactions thus far. However, if they are repeatedly being told the same information regarding the guidelines, we may need to more firmly encourage that they take some time for self-study and reading rather than just repeatedly messaging reviewers for the basics.
