aismallard	εїз		aismallard has done phenomenal work and is super patient when handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. I really appreciate her being willing to look at technical questions I have in my day-to-day site checkups. The time and effort she's put into the MAST and Tech teams is very impressive and believe she will do excellently as an admin.
TSATPWTCOTTTADC	εїз		TSAT is an absolute workhorse powerhouse and an incredibly important part of IO. He's also got a great memory for usernames, which is immensely helpful for me when juggling author/reviewer matchups and keeping track of behavior patterns to keep an eye out for. Solid support from me here.

Despite being a relatively new moderator, she's proven to be a major worker and an incredible valuable member of any team she finds herself on. An excellent addition to moderation, and all evidence leads me to believe that she'll be an excellent admin. Excited to work with you.
TSATPWTCOTTTADC	X		TSAT's proven to be a notoriously good moderator and has become an excellently reliable member of staff. He approaches problem conversations with a level-headed energy that's extremely welcome. If I kept lists of the best members of staff, TSAT would be in top 5. And I have every faith he'll remain that way as an admin.

Both of you are treasures.

aismallard	Indeed		The only reason I'm at all hesitant is that Ais hasn't been a mod all that long. But frankly, in the relatively short term of her modship, she's put in a lot of work and really impressed me. She's earned this promotion, and frankly we need her. Even if she is a duck.
TSATPWTCOTTTADC	Affirmative		TSAT has become a major fixture on the site and beyond. His work ethic and contributions are frankly mind-boggling. I'm honestly slightly afraid of what will happen if we don't make him an admin. Only the aegis of adminhood can hope to contain his full power. But seriously, he's done an incredible amount of work. And just like Ais, I think the admin team needs him.

aismallard	AYE AYE		Let me be frank and 1000% honest, Mallard has been one of the biggest up and coming staff members in the past year or two. There are few people on staff who have devoted as much time, energy, and love to the site as Mallard has since she joined staff. When I nominated her for MAST vice-captainship, we were both sired with the monumental task of converting the half realized concept of the team into the fully functioning workhorse that MAST has become and bluntly I could not have done it without her organizational help. It was only after 3 months in that position that she finally admitted that she had been completely overwhelmed at first, which was understandable since my former co-captain's departure was near immediately after Mallard was announced as vice captain, neither of us had the time to adjust or provide advice and input on what the other needed, and yet Mallard still managed to accomplish an astonishing number of things. If this wasn't sufficient enough to convince me that she was deserving of admin, she then was promptly thrust into the role of Tech Co-captain, which she almost immediately took the reins of and was off to the races, after some deft and clever reorganization. Mallard is a credit to staff, and a credit to her positions, and I consider her input on matters regarding tech and site management to be critically important. This is an emphatic yes, on all fronts. A small piece of advice that I would extend to Mallard is that the position of Admin bears a great deal of weight, and things such as the Admin Fiat should be weighed carefully for use. I have 0 concerns about Mallard's capability. Frankly, I believe Mallard needs admin to properly do her job, as currently both Tech captains are having to consult with the admins to get anything done, which is rather inefficient.
TSATPWTCOTTTADC	CAPTAIN		TSAT is… how do I even begin to describe TSAT? Is there a staff team that TSAT is not a part of? Is there a single aspect of the site that TSAT is not aware of or in tune with? It certainly does not feel like it. TSAT is one of those rare admin candidates, like a few others who I have had my eye on, that is everywhere. Their love of the site is apparent in the sheer amount of time and dedication they spend in every aspect of the community, from tagging, to guides, to sandbox management, to internet outreach, it verbatim feels like he is always doing or watching some aspect of the community or the wiki. To add to this aspect, TSAT is always composed, his opinions and input are calm and objective, offering insight into aspects of the community or the userbase that we may not have quite considered, or an angle for a MAST task that hadn't occurred to me. His organizational skills are invaluable when offered the proper support and manpower, and there have been times where he has had the follow through to make sure things get done, that have made my job much easier as MAST captain. I have not worked with him quite as long as I have Mallard, but I've been aware of his IO work for far longer, having first noticed his dedication to reddit and the outer communities way back in 2018. TSAT is a credit to his positions, and honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing where he goes from here, and how admin will broaden his horizons in making the site a better place for writers and readers. Another Emphatic yes.

aismallard	x		While I’m not as personally familiar with Ais and her work as some others, I do know that she’s succeeded with aplomb at every task she’s ever undertaken for this website. A credit to staff, and an easy yes.
TSATPWTCOTTTADC	x		Tsat has been my right hand on IO for years now, and we’d never be where we are now without him. He’s one of the most hardworking, trustworthy, and forward-thinking people on staff. I’m very happy to vote yes.
