Removal of the Reserve position from the main staff listing: 22 YES, 11 NO, out of 49 total active staff.

The movement has not passed. The Reserve staff position remains, and will be treated identically to active staff as far as inactivity/retirement is concerned.

As I said in the discussion, I'm really ambivalent between options 1 and 2, but I see the merit in the existence of the reserve status, albeit with reform to better mesh with how staff works at the moment.

Flipped back and forth but the minimal requirements to maintain an active status were too compelling.

As I said, I think the position should be revised, not done away with.

I don't necessarily disagree with doing away with the role, but I'm also not sure it is necessary and would probably have preferred option 2. That said, if this is what the majority prefer then I'm totally fine with that.

Edit: WHOOPS

No reasons for me to say "No", so "Yes".

While quite a few people were supportive of team-specific reserve statuses, a majority of staff seemed to think that the reserve status on the main staff list was unnecessary and inconvenient for staff members monitoring activity levels/maintaining the list. Therefore, this vote will be centred around that. There will likely be further discussion at a later date regarding team-specific activity levels.

Please vote yes or no to the following proposal: The Reserve staff position on the main 05command staff list (http://05command.wikidot.com/staff-list) is to be discontinued. Any Staff who were previously Reserve will become either Active or Inactive, with their captain choosing which level they are moved to. This will have no effect on team-specific activity levels.

||~ Yes ||~ No || || X || X ||

This vote is open to Operational Staff and above, and will be open for one week.
