Hi all!

As of today, the September flights have concluded. I will be messaging the commanders momentarily—please let me know the names of the officers who completed the flights successfully and the page your flight team would like to feature!

Just a quick poke to everyone noting that the September flight begins tomorrow! Commanders, please reach out to your officers to confirm quality and activity goals for the first week.

OK, this was actually more fast than I thought, holy shit.

So, I suppose we will take the GoI Format feature. Not a problem, GoI Formats are cool!

Thank you to the commanders for announcing your officers!

As of now, please discuss with your officer(s) and respond to this post noting which front-page feature type you would like to choose: SCP article, tale, or GoI format. Selections will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I've taken on Grigori Karpin and PlaguePJP. Flight of the Bumblecrits is ready to take off.

So, after few days to choose, I have decided to recruit Pedagon and Marcelles_Raynes does not match any existing user name as officers. Team of the Oinks, yessir!

Because the person I had in mind has not yet replied to my message, and I do not know if they will, I have decided to recruit Quadraginta instead.

Edit: I have recently been made aware of their behavior in chat, and I intend to discipline, as well as mentor them, within the Flight.

Noting that I've added weizhong, The Pighead, and Truc Linh as commanders to the interest list: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-13672371/want-to-earn-greenlighting-privileges-and-or-choose-next-mon

As we are only holding the Flight 2 time block, everyone has until mid-September (the Flight will begin on the 15th, but ideally you'd confirm with your officers with a few days to spare so they can prepare accordingly) to pick their mentees.

Thank you to our volunteers! As always, let me know if you have any questions!

If you have someone in mind to mentor, then I think they deserve to have you as their September commander. Please remember to take some time for yourself to get settled into the new academic year! You've taken two back to back Flights the last couple months (along with Karakatt) and I don't want you to feel burned out by these duties.

Since you've taken two back-to-back month Flights and we've gotten our three for the month's second flight block and we're good to go, I say take a breather for September. :) ETA: If you like, we can hold you in reserve for September in case another commander needs to cancel their Flight.

Thank you for leading two Flights in a row these last couple months!

Howdy hey, I'll take a flight (yet again!)

I'll probably take on one or two officers depending on what all is going on.

Thank you so much and apologies if I am too late!

Insomnia's been keeping me awake… ○_ ○)
I actually have someone in mind. I'd be interested in taking on another Flight, but with one mentee this time due to school. I hope that's alright with Zyn.

I'm interested in leading a flight, too. I wanted to do it since, at least, some months, but because of my vacation, it was not possible for me, the last month. Now, it is so if you think I have enough experience for doing it, I'm more than happy to lead one! And for the number of officers, same as Weizhong, it depends on interest from others.

Noting that the signups thread for officer/mentee volunteers is up: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-13672371/want-to-earn-greenlighting-privileges-and-or-choose-next-mon#

ETA: if necessary, officers may be contacted via last month's interest thread http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-13561222/want-to-earn-greenlighting-privileges-and-or-choose-next-mon#

I would like to now open requests for next month's Flight commanders. Please note that in the interest of giving our school-and-university-age members a chance to settle into the new academic year, we will only be holding the Flight 2 slot (September 15 to September 30).

If you are interested in mentoring one or two up-and-coming reviewers for two weeks, please state so here. We can take up to three commanders this month.

Let me know if you have any questions!
