This user has spent the last several months ban evading and getting banned from chat.

Recently they came in and announced that they didn't realize that Cotton Eye'd Joe was a racist song and stated "I'm an asshole, not a racist, I have a respect for all peoples." Subsequently they changed their spam from CEJ to "The Devil Went Down to Georgia."

This is relevant because they recently popped back in to announce that they'd written a skip: SCP-5118, which contained the full lyrics to the song. gee0765 summarily deleted the skip, with me witnessing.

User's new name is willy0789red, and is a sockpuppet of billybobthornton .

billybobthornton has been spamming the lyrics to "Cotton-Eyed Joe" on various discussion pages. I've removed them from the site and added a block, this seems like pretty clear-cut spamming/trolling and unless they come to us with a convincing appeal I don't see any reason to let them back in.
