As of currently, this user was not banned. I don't think any disciplinary action was taken.

I agree with dankaar's post above; I don't think a ban is necessary here.

6/16 is what, about 32%? I'd recommend a watch, certainly, but is a ban necessary in this scenario? I'm coming from Hanlon's Razor here. Between that and the inherent issues with making assumptions/conclusions based on small data pools and the like, I'd prefer to see more evidence of a trend before action is taken (such as, say, them down-voting the majority of the LGBT/Pride themed stuff or that 32% getting bumped up to like 60%).
