Reference to this thread. It is believed that the user Akibahara is responsible for the offending portion of the article. The user has reached out to me and has immediately removed that portion in full cooperation with staff. They also admitted to their derived portion of the work in July, before it was alerted to staff. Post in whole here:

You're absolutely correct. The dialogue between John and Mustapha Mond was the *exact* scene I had in mind. It was so moving and perfectly describes how a hedonistic dystopia operates behind-the-curtains. I'll be honest, I borrowed a few sentences from BNW and modified them accordingly.
I've even based our [REDACTED] Doctor here off of John the Savage and the Goddess Qetesh off of Mustafa Mond.
Once again, if it reads like a page-for-page imitation of BNW, a few parts — particularly at the end — were.
Due to a belief that this is not done with intending to cross the line into plagiarism, and the severity of which we take excessively derived works, I am going to suggest a formal warning pending a permanent removal upon repetition of this behavior.
