Apply in English, please.
I got an app this morning written entirely in Russian. (Based on my minimal Russian skills plus Google Translate, it was also from an 11-year-old who hadn't read any of the guides, so it would've been denied anyway, but…) Shortly afterwards, Moose, Aelanna, and I noticed that nowhere in the Newbie Guide or the Join This Site page did it indicate that you have to apply in English.
I've taken the liberty of editing the Join This Site page to include an English-only clause. Apparently we do actually need one.
