I really like the idea and the kinda tone the scp has about it, and it seems to be written pretty decently besides spelling and grammar errors. one thing i would note is in the Containment Procedures is that you said "SCP-3748 should be contained in a 3x2.5 meter reinforced concrete room" not "SCP-3748 IS to be contained in a 3x2.5 meter reinforced concrete room" which is standard. saying it should kinda suggests that.. well its suggested, but not mandatory. i also think for the Faraday cage bit it should be more worded like "The room contains a faraay cage comprised of 6.25 millimeter thick copper wire mesh." keep up the good work! :)
