Fixed the category and tag for you.
Edit: Only now realized that fixing it might not have been the best recourse. All team report pages get a category affixed to them that allows the team hubs to use a ListPages module to show all available reports. I have no idea how it ended up in Community Outreach, but here's how to fix things like this:
- Rename the page and replace everything before the colon with the right category. If you're unsure what category to use, the hub page for the right team will always have a link to at least one report you can edit. Hover over that link to see what category it uses.
- Replace the automatically added tag with the right one. This should be identical to the category name.
