Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3000 is to be contained atop a table in an isolated room with reinforced steel walls. No electronic devices are permitted within a five meter radius around SCP-3000. If one is to enter SCP-3000's room for a particular reason, an inspection for electronic devices is required. Absolutely no physical contact is allowed, as well as eye contact for over 3 seconds on SCP-3000's screen. Reports of people around the location of the discovery of SCP-3000 describe people who have lost the ability to speak and show signs of fatigue, which attracted the attention of Foundation agents.

Description: SCP-3000 is a computer with an unknown kind of reality altering software first discovered in 2009 by agent ████, in apartment #308, in the building of ███████. SCP-3000 was believed to be built by computer engineer ██████████, in his own apartment, judging by the tools and parts found around the object.
If a person with any kind of electronic device on him/her comes within five meters of SCP-3000, their brain will process time to go much slower than normal. Estimations to how slow time feels to exposure victims is 1 second = 6 seconds. Exposed subjects then loose their ability to speak, due to not knowing how to speak in such slow conditions. Exposed victims are very hazardous, as if anyone comes within 5 meters, with AND without electronic devices, they will become exposed as well. It is yet unknown if the effects ever wear off, as the subject with the longest exposure time (currently contained at Bio site █) has been exposed since August 2, 2009.

Also, as a side note, SCP-3000 is not available yet. We still haven't even opened up SCP Series 3 (2000-2999) yet, and there are still open slots in Series 2 (1000-1999).

Going to note that the user in question made a thread here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-765935/help-with-the-sandbox-for-my-draft indicating that they weren't familiar with the sandbox.
