On Tuesday, December 3, Waxx passed chat ownership of #site19 to me.

BONUS SUPER SECRET STAFF CHAT REACTION
So yup, that's happened. A short summary of where things stand:
- I don't intend to immediately overhaul everything. It's no secret that Waxx and I had some pretty major differences of opinion way back when, but since Waxx came back for the second round, he and the rest of us worked out a lot of kinks and developed (IMO) a pretty damn good system.
- However, regardless of my preconceptions, I am open to any and all feedback. I was partly picked for this because I am open to change, so don't be shy.
- The most immediate obvious difference is that I am a pretty active admin, which also means I'll be a pretty active chat owner.
- I am open to adding more new ops. Talk to me if you feel you'd be a good chatop (I may disagree, but I will never hold it against you if you ask), and feel free to recommend people as well. My standards are about the same as Waxx's: Decent activity level, ability to operate independently, good judgment, etc.
- I strongly feel the Chat Guide is … inadequate, and we ops need to get together and fix it. This will include at least some long-standing rules.
- Like Waxx, I fully intend to act as the final word on issues when I feel it's necessary, but by default, I want to operate based on the consensus of chat ops. So please do speak up on issues, especially if you are a chat op.
