Dr Kragen does not match any existing user name recently vandalized the Series III page, including blanking the page with "NIGGERS" repeated over and over, and then changing the title of SCP-2721 to "SJW ADVERTISEMENT".

I've emergency banned. Permanent ban, I presume.

The guy looks like he was a member of the RPC site for at least a month prior to said vandalism. Should someone send their admins a PM about this?

Nah. It's nothing to do with their site and we're both distinct so really not our problem.
