Standard not-disc boilerplate.
As I've kind of observed everything that happened that caused this. I feel that I should share my own observations here. When they were asked to join 17 to discuss their actions, they were faced against Procy who is one of our more intimidating staff members. Watching their reactions in SCPD discord, they were clearly on edge because of this.
Because of that, they acted a bit belligerently in the discord, which resulted in us feeling their apology in 17 wasn't very sincere. However, after being called out in discord and in 17, they reversed their votes on CWW's articles. And when we asked about the votes, they plainly admitted to it in a way that at least felt moderately remorseful. However, that may just be because the fear of getting banned is weighing on them to act more remorseful. In any case, I still feel it shows they're willing to work with staff and try to fix the issue.
Personally, and it may be because I'm far too soft, but if this ban goes through, I feel we should hold off on allowing the initial appeal for a few days, so they can better collect themselves and be in a better frame of mind. (Provided we allow initial appeals for wiki bans, cause I thought we did.), and allow for an appeal after three months, if they show exemplary behavior elsewhere.
But, of course, I'm not disc staff and I can be argued from my position here.
