To feedback stating "Besides that, we had a rather similar SCP submitted not too long ago that I found more compelling. Having two SCPs with a similar concept released so close together makes me inclined to prefer that one."

Firstly I don't understand your comment about the title structure, as I followed the structure that series I SCPs followed. Secondly, I'm not sure if you're trying to accuse me of plagiarism or stealing someone else work, but I'm not. What I've written is my idea alone, if not somewhat inspired by SCP-096. And I don't much care if you think another SCP is better than mine, especially if you don't even think to name it.

For records-keeping, here is an excerpt:
SCP-3287's helmet matches that of a templar knight great helm, however, the helmet and the armor SCP-3287 wears, is composed of an unknown metal. The metal has been tested and has been able to withstand heavy damage, including pressures of up to 10,000 psi, without SCP-3287 displaying signs of any discomfort. SCP-3287 refers to itself as "Knight Edward" in interviews, and communicates with simple english, matching to that of the dark age era langue.
Keep an eye on.
