Wow! This is actually quite a cool concept!
I don't fully understand bleeping out random numbers. That's practically useless. Gives us no information. There are a few grammatical issues, but I'm sure that can be fixed.
I also don't understand the D classes apathetic attitude. Usually, D classes can be apprehensive, but never completely off guard like that. I don't see the foundation personnel reassuring someone like that either. If that's your style you just need to find a way to make it work.
If you want to discuss this further with me I'd be happy to! This is such a great concept! Put the work in and it could be a really great SCP.

If you're going to do something like that, put Thaumiel in the description like "SCP-XXXX used to be considered Thaumiel, but is now considered to be neutralized". Don't do it in the actual Class section. […]
