MoldyFred208 (account age 912 days, not a site member) recently sent me the following PM (no subject, and the link was incorrectly made and lead to the "example.com" domain placeholder):

The sandbox contains a draft that is plagiarized from SCP-1863, even containing the original number when the placeholder "SCP-XXXX" is not used.

Since they're not a site member, I'm alright holding off on disciplinary action until they explain themselves. I'm assuming underage. I sent them a PM telling them that their sandbox was plagiarized content.
