If I had to guess, I'd pin this guy at around twelve. Thirteen if he's unmedicated. Chipthethird has routinely annoyed even some of our hardened ridiculous types literally every time he's entered the chat to date. Here's a log of his latest triumph:

TL;DR he spazzed out, posted a ten line LOL SO RANDOM spam thingy, and when reprimanded by aelanna (that's mackenzie) in what I think was an exceedingly reasonable manner left the chat then signed back in with the name "thefear666". Also worth noting is he's been reprimanded for chatspeak repeatedly. He persists.
