Fair number of you saw when Ghost banned Typheus (as Typhlosion). Here's a follow-up chat I had with him.

<DrMann> It's generally for OOC talk relating to the RP. Weasel had come in to discuss the RP. However, as he was also a newbie, we decided to ask him the questions.
<DrMann> As for your being kicked, a ban from one of our chats generally implies a ban from all of them.
<Typheus> I thought I was kicked because that one guy suddenly said I was spamming the chat

<DrMann> You were banned from the main chat for spamming it. Specifically, with all-caps, after being requested to refrain from using it.

<Typheus> And I can understand a short term ban for that, but you don't permaban a guy that's been there for over a month simply because he said another line in caps. I mean that's crazy talk.

<Typheus> Typically let back in after awhile
<DrMann> Typheus, you've had three strikes. The first was when you were banned before. The second was when you were being obnoxious. The third, and biggest, is when you continued that behavior after being told to stop.
Sorry, that first ban was me, and it was supposed to be a permaban.
