WeAreBarelyAliv3, now MudLord has given a fair amount of feedback over their time on the site, but recently (today):

First things first, the name of the SCP.
Book of Retards
While this name does fit the SCP, it sounds more like a joke SCP rather than a regular SCP. (unless if it's supposed to be a joke SCP)

The containment procedures need to be longer than this. Maybe give directions to consult the Researcher who has the password to the cell. Maybe give Personnel Researching the SCP some test directions. Just add some more information about the Conatinment Procedures. Also, it should be 1x 1x 1x 1xm, or just 1 x 1m (I think).

I'm not a superb expert on this, but I think the Site numbers are supposed to be black boxed. They might not be black boxed however, so Foundation Personnel can know what Site it's being contained at. I'm just saying that maybe you need to black box it out. Or maybe not. I'm not that much of an expert on it.

If you are referring to Portugal as a whole, then replace Portugal with "The Portuguese".
[…]
Maybe instead say that it consists on a diet of 2 oz. of iron every day, maybe it can only eat a certain Portuguese spice and drink. Hell, maybe it only needs to drink apple juice to survive. Just replacing this with some other way it gets nutrients would make it more interesting.

Some test logs about research personnel attempting to weaponize or use various SCP-#-A, only to end up something terribly disturbing (with some Expunges) would be a very nice addition.
They were called out for the part about "retard" being a joke, and apologized. However, when corrected regarding the first post, they responded: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-2309512/sebastian-of-portugal-et-al#post-2845709

In my critique, I was generally stating what I think would make the article more intersting for people like me in some parts. I know very well that short SCPs can easily get a ton of up votes, I am just the kind of person that doesn't really enjoy shorter SCPS. The suggestions I gave were just ones that would mostly appeal to people like me (or just me). I'm sorry if I state things that I personally didn't like, and that the suggestions also kinda appealed to me personnaly as well.
My apologies.
Also, I don't feel comfortable with people critisizing my critiques. If there is a general problem with it, please state why and how I can fix that in the future. Please don't put something I said in a quote and correct it just because not everyone thinks the same way or agrees with what I said. It really stresses me.
Thank you for understanding.
I've been going through some of their other feedback, and aside from being somewhat error-strewn mechanically (it's/its mixups, typos, etc.) they seem to focus on opinion and are often too optimistic regarding the potential success of a draft.
Given that they've responded well-ish to being called on their crit, I've decided to defer a C&D for the time being. I sent them a lengthy PM about this though:
Hello,
I'm Zyn, captain of the Forum Criticism team on the SCP Foundation wiki. It has come to staff attention that the feedback you have been giving in the forums is consistently problematic to some degree, and as such we have received complaints regarding your potentially misleading newer authors in particular.
Normally I would issue an official cease-and-desist order, but given that you have responded to other site members pointing out issues with your feedback, I'm willing to defer a cease-and-desist to give you the benefit of the doubt here.
Please be more conscientious with your critique from now on. Preface your critique posts with a note that your feedback reflects primarily opinions, and that you aren't yet a site author yourself yet. Prospective authors, especially people who are very new to the site, deserve to know this context. We don't want new authors jumping the gun and getting discouraged if something that was positively-rated one reviewer happens to be heavily disliked by the rest of the community when the piece is posted for voting.
If you have any questions, feel free to message me or another member of the Forum Crit team.
Zyn
Keep an eye on. If they continue their problematic behavior, I'm fine issuing that C&D immediately.
