Adnol has an offensive link to his profile. In particular, this user links this (warning: slurs and stuff). The guide to newbies was recently updated and a formal announcement made here that this is no longer allowed (this is of itself just a formalization of an informal answer to another user in site17 that happened months ago if profile links counted as something under disciplinary purview).
I've PM'd Adnol the following, and giving a 24 hours notice.
Salutations,
As of April 19th we have updated our Guide to Newbies to formalize a question from another user several months earlier, to include profiles as under the purview of the SCP Foundation content standards. The link to your profile was recently found to not abide by this recent rule, due to its content. This is a formal warning that the link is not acceptable to have as a profile.
If this link is not removed within 24 hours, the staff at the SCP Foundation will interpret this as a continued infraction of our rules.
If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
Sincerely,
SoullessSingularity
If Adnol does not remove the link in 24 hours, I would recommend a ban for hosting offensive content on the profile.
For Full context:
The user Adnol has at least two alts, with which they've been PMing concern-trolling bullshit to staff ( ASuperSecretAccount and
Rondalo, who has also made a sandbox page here with more edgy, offensive stuff in the history), and are available through the history of the posts Adnol is making on the linked site. Among the pages Adnol has created are the one in which Adnol records a series of identities they use and IRC logs in which they troll and pretend to be a girl for ERPing or something (Note: These are pretty disgusting logs and the recordings of the identities references these logs).
I would say that the behavior is fairly reprehensible, but I would like more input if that is justifiable to remove them from our community for.
