I'm gonna be out of town and away from my main computer from Thursday (April-12th) until Monday (April-17th). If for some reason someone needs me, either send me a wikidot PM, or a tell to my laptop nick: trots.
Making an official notice that I started a new job, so my energy levels have been really low, along with a lot of my motivation. I'm taking a LOA from JS and critting duties for about a week or two as I get back into a routine. I'll still be on chat and occasionally posting on the wiki.
Also, changed the name of the thread to give more leeway with breaks.
I've been strongarmed into helping my dad and his wife move house. So I'll be absent from this Friday to Monday. It will be an emotionaly stressful weekend due to my negative relations with his wife, so i may be absent for longer.
I'm also noting here for those unaware that I am working a full-time job for the summer, so my time has been stretched pretty thin. Sorry for not being super active.
Going to Niagra falls with family next weekend. I'll probably be checking the wiki and forums, but won't be present in chat.
Am back from Niagara, with a boat load of pictures. https://imgur.com/a/4VNZ4
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to be more inactive than I already am. School is starting in all my districts in the coming weeks, and we need all hands on tech to keep everything running smoothly.
Due to a few IRL reasons, I'm moving into my apartment a lot sooner than expected. This week in fact. I'm gonna be breaking my desktop down later in the week, and I probably won't be completely set up until the middle of the week after next.
I'm going to be stepping back from staff duties for a time that could be anywhere from a few days to a few months. I don't know how long yet. I'll still be on IRC, but there are good chances I won't be in staffchat.
Since I have an addictive personality, I suppose I'm back in the saddle for now. Still not gonna be doing too much in regards to the projects and proposals I had sitting before I took this time off, but I'll get back to those once things have settled down a bit.
So, with the semester starting up again, and me taking a very intensive load, along with the fact that I just got promoted at work to a level which requires I do more project work, I may be less active and less efficient than I was before.
