Site member IrishTnT has a history of coldposting and immature behavior. Non-Disc thread here: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-1469102/non-disc-record-irishtnt

They have had their membership revoked due to their behavior.

This comment chain on the site indicates that they may have lied about their age: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-76938/archived-incident-076-2-682#post-2779152 (they "corrected" themselves)

Today they apparently posted an author page when they have no successful site articles, changed it to a "placeholder", and deleted it, but they also added several links to the author page to the 914 collab log.

This just seems like standard "don't get the site" behavior to me, but given their history, I'm wary of them making more messes that staff need to clean up after.

Does anyone think a ban is warranted at this point? I'm a little on the fence myself. I feel like an official warning should be given, though, if not a ban.

So, once again, he has edited a page without permission from anyone, this time 914's testing page.

I have removed him from the site for now, to prevent him doing this again, but, what does disciplinary say for ban?

Noting that this happened after http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-1469102#post-2795975 where the user in question edited someone else's article to implement a stylistic change without permission and using the explanation that they "had to" because "Site-19 is so cannon, I blocked out all Site-19's you can revert it if you want though I don't advise it, it's better this way".

I can agree with a ban. Given their track record of repeatedly not getting how the site works, I'd say at least a weeklong to get the message through, especially since they were effectively vandalizing the site (though I believe this was done out of ignorance rather than malice) towards the end.

Myself and Duck decided to deny the appeal, as the user had tried to ban evade as noted above. But, we decided that their ban is currently set to expire in December of 2019.
