I am a really bad guy here but i did not have much time to read this, so the only thing i can give you as an advice:
At the interview you need to get some space after the > so it will be like this:

Of note, the draft in question was using a [[code]] block, not a quote box.

You can always look in other SCPs that made it through this hell-hole to see what they did, and how they did it (but don't steal any (or atleast not really big parts) of it, just try to gently make it into your SCP).
And also, you did not tell what is SCP-XXXX-2.
